The Locusts Manor Lights On and Lights Out Maps

NULLWORKS STUDIOS billed the 31 August 2026 drop as The Boiled One for Lights Out, new Lights On and Lights Out maps, and a new gameplay escape sequence. The Roblox listing now reads [BOILED ONE] House of The Locust. This page is how to play the two lighting modes without throwing a three-item run. Entity notes for the new hunter live on The Boiled One. Patch dates live on Boiled One update.

We will not invent a flashlight upgrade that the HUD does not show. If your lobby has a light tool, use it. If it does not, your kit is still sprint, slide, jump, and audio. Controls did not grow a night-vision key.

Lights On — the nest you already learned

Chandeliers, wallpaper, visible colored pads. August walkthroughs were shot here. Cube routes on the cube puzzle page assume you can see red, yellow, and blue from a distance. If you load in and the pads contrast against the rug, you are in Lights On. Run the escape chain as written: cubes, Key, Keycard, EXIT.

Lights Out — play it as radar

Darkness is the mode. Fullbright scripts delete it and also delete the reason the mode exists. If you play fair:

• Slow the feet. Sprint is noise and a missed doorframe.
• Landmarks you can feel: rug changes, stair lips, the glow of EXIT if it still glows.
• Cancel cabinets faster. Search-lock in the dark is how you donate a life to a model you never saw.
• Pins for the Keycard are harder. Trust breathing more than silhouettes.
• If you cannot see pad colors, do not fake the cube step from last week’s memory. Scout with a teammate’s callouts or wait for a Lights On round.

Headphones are part of the bind table. Mute is a self-imposed extra hunter.

The new escape sequence

The event copy did not publish a new item list. Until live prompts say otherwise, bring Wirecutters, Key, and Keycard, then read the door. If a fourth prompt appears, it is real. If a prompt disappears, believe that too. Do not force an August clip onto a September panel.

Some players report an elevator-style EXIT at the far end of the nest. Whether that is the bright corridor or a Lights Out variant, the job is the same: hold the items the panel names. The Escaped badge still fires after a clean walk out.

Who hunts which mode

The banner framed The Boiled One for Lights Out. The Locust is not deleted. Confirm in your lobby which model is walking. The Locust is the Keycard carrier in the original nest. Do not assume The Boiled One wears the card. Do not assume it pathfinds into the same doorframes. DoctorNowhere created both. NULLWORKS has to implement both. This wiki only writes abilities we can point at a listing or a clip.

Squad callouts in the dark

Assign co-op roles before spawn. In Lights Out, bait is even more valuable because vision is gone. Call landmarks you can touch, not colors you cannot see. “Pads” only if someone has confirmed they can still read them. “Chandelier cluster” only if the fixtures still emit. Otherwise: “stair lip,” “wallpaper wing,” “EXIT glow.”

Four auto-escape clients in the dark will contest the same prompts and wedge every cube. If the stack insists on a GUI, one ESP on the sweeper is the cap, and even that is a ban conversation.

After a lighting swap

Relog if your private server is stuck on the old nest. Pre-alpha instances do that. Then throw away one round as a scout: pads visible? door prompts the same? hunter model the same? Then run a real attempt. How to Play is still the first hour. This page is the lighting fork.

There are still no codes attached to Lights Out. A banner is not a redeem string.
