The Roblox listing for House of The Locust now reads [BOILED ONE] House of The Locust. The event NULLWORKS STUDIOS ran 31 August–1 September 2026 promised The Boiled One for Lights Out, new lighting maps, and a new escape sequence. This page is the entity. We will not copy Minecraft-mod kits, mirror-challenge urban legends, or analog-horror TV hijack lore into this nest as if they were HUD facts. DoctorNowhere created The Boiled One (PHEN-228 in that catalogue) as a separate creature from The Locust. NULLWORKS has to implement it. Until a prompt, a badge, or a consistent clip says otherwise, assume different hunter, different rules.

What the listing actually promised

• The Boiled One appears in Lights Out.
• New Lights On and Lights Out maps.
• A new gameplay escape sequence.

It did not promise that The Boiled One carries the Keycard. It did not promise that wall-pins from The Locust still work on this model. It did not promise a stare-to-freeze mechanic, even though other media with the same name use eye contact. If your lobby freezes the hunter when you look, write that down as live behavior and still have a slide ready. If it does not freeze, do not stand there testing fan wiki physics.

How to treat it in a round

Confirm the model. If you still see the tall dark-haired Locust, you are on the original hunter page. If the lighting is down and the silhouette is wrong, you are here.

Audio first. Lights Out is a radar mode. Footsteps and voiced lines beat a flashlight you may not have. Evade is written for The Locust’s climb-and-sprint; use it as movement literacy, not as a Boiled One moveset.

Jobs still exist. Cubes, cabinets, door prompts. The escape walkthrough is the chain until the panel names something new. The Escaped badge still wants a walk out, not a screenshot of the hunter.

In Lights Out, assign co-op roles before spawn. Bait is more valuable when nobody can see pads. Do not all stare at the new model to “learn the hitbox” on a badge run. Learn in a throwaway round.
